William CLARK arrived on the ship “London” in 12 Dec 1840 from England with his brother Joseph CLARK They were aged 11 and 9. The boys father had died and through family hardship, they immigrated to NZ with their aunt Louisa FITCHETT's family. In 1854 William CLARK started a Drapery business located at 120 Lambton Quay, Wellington. In the same year, married Margaret BEVAN whom had arrived 17 March 1841 on the barque “Lady Nugent”.

The Grave is located in the Bolton Street Cemetery on the Southern side of the motorway.  Contact us for the location.

Occupations: Nurse, Warner Bros typist, Mother, Accountant and a gardener.  Marjorie lived in the same house in Levin from 1945 till a month before she died in Nov 2016.
